Group alumni under a `## Group Name` heading (e.g. graduation year).
One person per line, starting with `- `, fields separated by `|`:

    ## Group Name
    - Name | Role / now | Initials(optional) | ImagePath(optional)

Notes:
    Role can be their degree/year or current position, e.g. "Ph.D. 2022 — Robotics Engineer".
    ImagePath points to a photo in public/images/. If empty, the initials circle is shown.
    Only column-0 "## " headings and "- " members are read; everything else is ignored.
